1. Core warning
Trading and investing may result in the partial or total loss of capital. Margin products, forex, CFDs, futures, options and cryptoassets involve heightened risk; depending on the product, broker and jurisdiction, loss may exceed the initial amount committed.
Do not use funds you cannot afford to lose. Before trading, assess your knowledge, experience, financial situation, objectives and capacity for loss, and seek an appropriately licensed independent professional where necessary.
2. Market and execution risks
- prices may move sharply, gap and fail to execute at an expected level;
- liquidity may disappear and spreads and slippage may increase;
- a stop order does not guarantee that loss is limited at the stated price;
- leverage magnifies both gains and losses;
- trading hours, corporate actions, news and regulatory decisions may change conditions;
- a broker, exchange, prop firm or counterparty may change rules, restrict access or fail to perform.
3. Data, models and AI
- quotes, news and fundamentals may be delayed, incomplete, revised later or differ from broker data;
- an indicator or calculation reflects a chosen method and inputs, not objective truth;
- AI may be wrong, fabricate facts, omit a risk or misinterpret a strategy;
- a technical signal, correlation or historical pattern may stop working;
- a cached result may be stale before the user opens it;
- no bullish, bearish, Long or Short label guarantees a price move.
4. Past and hypothetical performance
Past performance does not predict future performance. Backtests, simulations, paper trading and hypothetical results use assumptions and may omit slippage, liquidity, commissions, swap, delay, psychology and actual execution.
Journal statistics depend on the completeness and quality of entered or imported data. They are not an official broker statement, tax report or proof of performance.
5. Technology risks
Internet access, a device, browser, MT5 bot, API, cloud service, database or provider may be delayed or unavailable. A signal may be missed, duplicated or displayed after the market has moved. A user must not rely on Ranvol as an emergency risk-control system or the sole channel for a critical signal.
6. Prop trading
Prop-firm rules differ and may change without notice to Ranvol. A calculator or reference does not replace a firm's contract and dashboard. Fees, consistency, minimum days, news trading, drawdown and payout must be checked against current official terms.
Ranvol does not guarantee that a user will pass an evaluation, retain a funded account or receive a prop-firm payout.
7. User responsibility
The user independently verifies information with the broker, exchange, issuer, regulator and other primary sources; determines whether an instrument is lawful and suitable in their country; sets position size and risk limits; and remains responsible for their own decision.
