The English version is the controlling contractual version. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small record stored by a website in the browser. Ranvol may also use local storage for interface preferences and temporary state. It is not used as the source of truth for server-side trading records.
2. Ranvol cookies
These cookies are necessary for sign-in and the requested language preference. In the current version, Ranvol does not set its own advertising or behavioural analytics cookies.
- itc_session — an essential HttpOnly authentication cookie protecting the session; up to 7 days; Secure and SameSite=Lax on the published site.
- ranvol_locale — a functional RU/EN language cookie; up to one year; without a selection, language is determined from the IP country supplied by the infrastructure.
3. Local storage
The browser may remember the selected trading account, menu state or temporary recovery information. A user may clear it through browser settings; doing so should not delete trades stored on the server.
4. External content
When a user opens a feature containing a chart, calendar or video, the browser may connect directly to TradingView, Dukascopy, YouTube Privacy Enhanced, Vimeo, Rutube or Kinescope. The provider may receive IP, browser data, referrer and its own cookies under its policy.
This content loads in the context of a feature selected by the user, not for hidden Ranvol advertising. A user may avoid opening an external widget or block third-party cookies, but the relevant feature may not work.
5. Controls
Cookies may be deleted or blocked through browser settings. Blocking itc_session will prevent authenticated access; deleting ranvol_locale restores automatic language selection. If Ranvol adds optional analytics or advertising, an appropriate choice will be provided before activation where required by law.
