The English version is the controlling contractual version. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Plan upgrades and unused-time credit
When upgrading an active paid plan, unused paid time is credited toward a new month. Credit equals the funded value of the current period multiplied by the remaining time fraction, rounded down to cents. Gift or free manually assigned periods have no monetary credit. The quote fixes the amount and currency for 15 minutes. Do not pay expired invoices: late transfers require support review. Confirmed payment starts a new month on the higher plan and cancels old auto-renewal. The upgrade payment is one-time, with no recurring debits; the next month is paid separately. Credit is not a withdrawable cash balance. Subscription changes before confirmation, refunds or disputes require reconciliation of payments and transferred credit.
1. Current payment status
Crypto checkout uses PayKassa: Start costs 20 USDT or USDC, Pro 100, and Super 200 for one month. Only BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) is supported. These are fixed token prices, not a guarantee of a stable dollar exchange rate. The payer pays their wallet network fee separately. There are no automatic debits; renewal requires a new paid invoice. Renewing the same plan preserves remaining paid days. Access starts only after server verification of full payment and matching order, amount, coin and network. Sending another coin or using another network does not satisfy the invoice; recovery depends on the provider.
The Your Plan page offers Base free of charge, Start at USD 20 per month, Pro at USD 100 per month, and Super at USD 200 per month. When paying by card, paid plans are purchased through lava.top for one month with automatic renewal. The user may choose USD, EUR, or RUB; lava.top shows the final amount, fees and available payment methods. Viewing a card does not buy a subscription: an order starts only after Buy subscription is selected and is confirmed on the lava.top page.
2. Information shown before payment
- the plan or digital product and exact access included;
- the total price, currency, taxes and mandatory fees;
- whether payment is one-off, monthly or annual, and when access starts;
- whether a trial applies and how it ends;
- whether renewal is automatic and the date and amount of the next charge;
- monthly allowance, action weights, bonus allowance and any rollover or expiry rules;
- how to cancel and the applicable refund rules.
3. Order and activation
A user places an order only after separately confirming the final commercial terms. A paid-access agreement is formed when RANVOL LIMITED accepts the order, the payment provider confirms payment and access is activated. An error, loading or pending screen is not proof of payment.
Ranvol will provide electronic confirmation describing the order, amount, period and a link to the terms then in force. The user should check it and report any discrepancy without undue delay.
4. Subscription and automatic renewal
Automatic renewal applies only where it is clearly shown before the order and separately confirmed by the user. Where enabled, Ranvol may charge the stated amount at the start of each period until cancelled. Where reasonable or legally required, Ranvol will remind the user before the first paid charge, renewal or price increase.
A new price does not apply retrospectively. Before it applies to the next period, the user will receive notice and an opportunity to cancel renewal.
5. Cancellation
A user may cancel automatic renewal using the method disclosed by lava.top at checkout or send a request to info@ranvol.com. Cancellation stops future charges; paid access normally remains until the end of the current period unless otherwise shown before order or required by law.
Closing a browser, deleting an application, stopping use or blocking a card is not by itself a reliable cancellation method. Ranvol will confirm a successfully received cancellation.
6. Refunds
A refund request will be considered for a duplicate or erroneous charge, payment without activation of purchased access, a material prolonged failure of a paid feature attributable to Ranvol, or where otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds are generally sent to the original payment method.
Where digital access has been activated and properly supplied, non-use of the service or a change in trading results does not by itself create a refund right. Ranvol does not apply an absolute “no refunds” rule: mandatory consumer rights and the actual circumstances remain protected.
No universal withdrawal period is assumed to apply automatically to every international SaaS sale. Where mandatory law in the user's country provides a withdrawal period or another non-waivable right, that right remains unaffected by this Policy.
7. Allowances and corrections
Allowance units are defined in section 6 of the Terms as a technical measure of service use, not money, a means of payment or an investment asset. Units cannot be transferred between users or withdrawn.
Units reserved for an operation are released after a confirmed technical failure. Where the feature was properly supplied, the corresponding usage normally remains recorded. An erroneous usage entry or grant is corrected after review of the immutable operation log.
A feature's workspace-wide technical safety guard is accounted for separately from personal monthly and bonus allowance. If a fresh request is rejected specifically because that guard has been reached, no units are charged. The current threshold is disclosed in the interface before the relevant action and may be reasonably adjusted for service protection and resilience with notice in the interface.
Unused monthly or bonus allowance is not itself refundable for cash. A subscription-price refund is assessed by reference to delivery of paid access, the circumstances of any failure, the disclosed order terms and mandatory applicable law, not a notional per-unit value.
8. Payment disputes
Before disputing a charge through a bank, a user may contact info@ranvol.com with the account email, date, amount and transaction evidence, without sending a full card number. This does not restrict the right to contact a bank or public authority.
